Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Aeen. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@aeenglobal.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, email us at care@aeenglobal.com with photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

Items marked as final sale or clearance
